Dr. Jean Chamberlain Froese is an internationally recognized maternal health expert, obstetrician-gynecologist, and the founding director and a founding member of Save the Mothers. Based in Canada, she is a Professor at McMaster University and has spent over two decades working in sub-Saharan Africa to reduce maternal mortality. Her work has been honored globally, including recognition as a Member of the Order of Canada for her contributions to global maternal health.
